Oranienbaum

The Oranienbaum Palace – this testimony to Dutch-style Baroque architecture holds changing exhibitions relating to the Dutch roots of Princess Henriette Catherine of Orange-Nassau, who had the palace built. The top floor features an informative exhibition on hunting in Anhalt. A walk through the park and the Anglo-Chinese gardens, which are open year round, is definitely a rewarding experience.
